About the toy itself

A cracked bubble, a missing wand, a question about the factory: that is PlayMonster territory. They run the line in Beloit, Wisconsin, and their own site has the forms for it. We can cheer from the sidelines but we cannot open the sealed frame any more than you can.

About an order

Anything about a parcel, a charge or a delivery date lives with the retail partner that took the order. Their order page has the buttons; our pages never see a single parcel.

About these pages

Spotted a wrong fact, a dead link, a price that has drifted too far from reality? That one is ours. Write to the address in the footer and a human reads it. Corrections to the history section are especially welcome; Smethport memories even more so.

Paper mail

Letters on actual paper land at 118 W Main St, Smethport, PA 16749. Mind what that address is: a mailbox for these pages, in the town where the toy was born, and nothing more.
