Where returns happen

At the retail partner, through the same account that placed the order. Open your order page, pick the item, choose the return option and follow their steps. Their rules decide the window and the money, and in practice a sealed toy this cheap goes back without drama.

What we can and cannot do

These pages cannot start, speed up or judge a return: we never saw the parcel and we never held the money. What we can do is help you figure out whether the board is actually broken, because most "broken" boards are just clumped powder. Tap the back of the frame flat on a table before printing any labels.

Actually broken

A cracked bubble or escaped powder is rare and real. Photograph it, start the return at the partner, and mention the damage; damaged-item returns usually go the smoothest of all.
